My name is Jonathan Unson. I am a truly unique type of personal trainer. I strongly believe that if your mind and body are in amity, which is defined as a “peaceful harmony,” you can accomplish anything. I take a personal approach with every client making sure I truly get to know each individual to achieve maximal results.
My story
My fitness journey began around 10 years ago in high school. I was 17 and had just got into wrestling my senior year. Quickly, I found out that my love for being in gym lifting weights outweighed being on the mat. I have always been on the smaller size compared to other kids, and was determined to gain weight and muscle. After reading “The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding” by Arnold Schwarzenegger, I immersed myself into the world of bodybuilding. I have spent years mastering techniques and learning about my own body. My goal is to share my knowledge so that all are able to do the same.
